Ingredients

1/2 cup roughly chopped mint leaves (phudina)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt to taste

Method

Combine the mint leaves and lemon juice in a small mixer and blend to a coarse paste.
Transfer the paste into a deep bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and 2 cups of chilled water and mix well using a hand blender.
