This pancake is useful for diabetic and specially for ladies who has the problem of back ache.

Ingredients

1 tbsp fenugreek (methi) seeds (soaked overnight)
1 cup raw rice (chawal) (soaked overnight)
salt to taste
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
Method


  1. Take soaked rice and methi and grind to form a semi thiken batter, alongwitn salt, green chilly, chopped ginger using the same methi soaked water.
  2. When the batter is ready take a pancake pan and pour one tbsp of batter to the pan & spread like dosa.
  3. Repeat again the same way.
  4. Serve hot with any green chutney. [like corriander or pudina chutney]
