A good and healthy recipe for pregnant and lactating mothers. The methi seeds does wonders for your skin and hair too and this dish can be enjoyed by everyone!
Method- Take 3 1/2 cups of water in a deep pan and bring to boil.
- Add the rice, methi seeds, coriander seeds, ginger and salt and mix well and cook till the grains are cooked and soft.
- Lower the flame and add the thick coconut milk, mix well and cook for more 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
