Ingredients

1 cup powdered or coarse sugar
1 cup cream
1 cup milk powder
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bi carb
few drops of vanilla essence
1/2 to 1 cup milk to prepare batter
Method


  1. Mix sugar and malai
  2. Sieve maida, milk powder, b.p, soda bi carb twice
  3. Slowly add other ingredients along with milk
  4. Bake it in a preheated oven for 45 min. at 150 temp
