Makhana kurkuri recipe - How to make Makhana kurkuri
Cooking Time: Total Time:    
for the batter-1/2cup gram flour,
1/2cup maida,
1/4cup semolina,
1tsp ginger-green chilli paste,
salt and red chilli powder to taste,
1/4tsp kasoori methi,
1cup Roasted lotus seeds(makhane),oil to deep fry,chaat masala to taste
- Mix all the batter ingredients and make a smooth thick batter with water as required. dip the roasted lotus seeds in the batter and deep fry till golden. remove and drain on an absorbent paper. sprinkle chaat masala and serve .
