Ingredients

2 cups chopped ripe tomatoes
1 cup orange segments(remove all seeds)
1 cup apple (diced)
1 cup papaya pieces
1 tsp lemon juice
a pinch of salt
crushed ice(1/2)cup
chilled water-1glass

Method


  1. Blend all the ingredients in a liquidizer.strain and serve .
