Lemon squash solar is a thick concentrate of sugar and lime. It is economical as it is prepared under the sun. Mix with water and serve.

Ingredients

1 plastic bottle
750 gms sugar
250 gms lemon juice
Method


  1. Fill the bottle with sugar.
  2. Pour lemon juice.
  3. Mix with wooden stick.
  4. Keep in sun.
  5. Mix every day ,otherwise sugar will will become hard.
  6. When sugar is fully melt ,no grain of sugar remains , squash is ready.
  7. Honey like consistency of squash , no preservative is very healthy ,cooling
  8. Serve with chilled water ,arround 30 glasses can be served.

We been having this for last 50 years. We have tried it on almost all citrus fruits. We even used Roses with certain herbs, which I need experiment . As all my senior''s have left for heavenly abode. Yes one herb, I think was Ashwagandha..n saffron..!! Well let try this time n I''ll revert back.
