Kiwifruit Smoothie

Kiwi smoothie, full of vitamin c and good for heart patients and diabetic patients, it can be served at any time during the year. This healthy smoothie is made from green and golden kiwifruit with the combination of vanilla ice cream and banana.
Method- combine the banana, milk, vanilla ice-cream and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Add the kiwi fruits and sugar and blend again only for few seconds or till smooth.
- Pour into individual serving glasses.
- Garnish each glass with mint springs and serve immediately.
Handy tip- If you like the taste of phudina, you can blend some phudina leaves with banana, milk and vanilla ice cream.
