Kiwi, Mango and Cucumber Salsa

Fresh, healthy and colourful salsa that goes well with chips or khakra. A good option for kids...they would definitely finish the salsa and the pack of chips would be left uneaten.
Method- Combine kiwi, mango, cucumber and sliced green onions in a bowl (with a tight-fitting lid if you're going to chill the salsa).
- Whisk together the lime juice and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl, then pour over the fruit-vegetable mixture. Stir a few times to combine.
- This can be served at room temperature or chilled for a few hours. Tastes best when chilled.
