A deep fried delight.. made simple and quick! Enjoy these puris hot with a cup of tea.
Method- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough, using water if required.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out each portion into small puris.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry each puri till golden brown in colour from both the sides.
- Serve immediately with a cup of tea.
