Ingredients

one medium size kairi
one medium size onion
jaggery as per taste
salt to taste
red chillie powder as per taste
three tb sp roasted groundnut powder
corriender optional
Method


  1. Wash and cut the kairi in small pieces.
  2. Peel and cut the onion like kairi.
  3. Roast the groundnuts till they turn brown.
  4. Let the groundnuts cool.
  5. Coarse the groundnuts roughly.
  6. Mix kairi and onion.
  7. Add 3 tb sp og groundnut powder.
  8. Add salt and red chilli poeder as per taste
  9. Add jaggery as per taste.
  10. Mix properly.
  11. You can add corriender if available at home.
  12. Your kanda kairi is ready.
