Easy to make and can be eaten mixing with rice.
Method- Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the mustard seeds, urad dal and asafoetida nd saute on medium flame till the seeds crackle.
- Add the turmeric powder, green chillies and mint leaves, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the salt and lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
