Instant dahi vada is a vada recipe with bread slices topped with beaten curd. The bread slices are soaked and stuffed with onion, roasted peanuts filling and spices and then rolled up like a vada. These bread vadas are then topped with beaten curd(dahi) and imli chutney.
- Take the bread pieces and cut the brown part.
- Dip one by one in luke warm water and squeeze out the water.
- Give the shape of a vada.
- Just before serving , add curd, and all the spices and coriander leaves.
