  1. To make cheese powder, in a microwave safe plate, sprinkle 2 tbsp of bread crumbs and arrange the grated processed cheese evenly over it.
  2. Microwave it on medium power for 7 to 8 minutes. Keep aside and allow it to cool until it becomes crispy.
  3. Once cooled, break them into pieces and put in the mixer.
  4. Add the remaining 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder and salt to taste.
  5. Blend it till fine powder. Transfer the cheese powder into a clean, dry airtight container and store the cheese powder in the refrigerator for 1 month.
  6. Use this cheese powder as a seasoning to your popcorns, nachos, french fries etc.
