Green Peppers with Besan

Presenting an unique and tempting Green peppers with besan recipe. The green peppers or capsicums are cooked with chopped onions, spice powders and sprinkled with gram flour or besan to create this tasty vegetable dish. Relish with roti.
- Take oil in frying pan
- Add mustard seeds
- Then put onions(finely shopped)
- Fry them till golden brown
- Add salt and chill powder(as per taste)
- Now put capsicum's
- Cook them well and then sprinkle besan on it,
- Close the lid and let it cook for 10 mins
- Serve hot
- Garnish it with corriander
