  1. Heat the ghee in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves and saute for 20 seconds.
  2. Add the moong dal, water, salt and cook until water evaporates and is single grain separate yet soft.
  3. Add all other ingredients and saute for a minute.
  4. Serve fresh
