Good natural drink. Addition of carrot juice helps to reduce bitterness of bitter gourd.
Method- Blend all the ingredients using little water (if required) till smooth.
- Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
- Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it. Serve immediately garnished with lime, bitter gourd slice and mint sprig.
