Trust the French to experiment with Champagne and combine it with Blue Curacao and vodka to make an exotic blend of flavours. This cocktail is also a visual stunner.
Main procedure- Pour the vodka into a large martini glass. Top with the champagne and gently drizzle the curacao into the bottom of the glass. It will stay at the base if poured gently.
- Garnish with the sweet lime peel and serve immediately.
