Ingredients

1 cup milk , heat and remove from fire and add 2tsps of vinegar and keep aside.
1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup oil
vanilla essence or almond essence

Icing
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 tbsp butter
2 to 3 tsp warm water
Method


  1. Beat all ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Oil cake tin and sprinkle cocoa powder.
  3. Pour batter and bake for ½ hour.
  4. In microwave: 70 power 12 to 15 mins.
