For eggless cheese crackers- To make eggless cheese crackers, sieve the flour.
- Add butter and rub with finger tips till it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add the cheese, caraway seeds and salt and make a semi-stiff dough by adding milk.
- Roll out the dough to 175 mm. (7”) diameter circle using a little plain flour for rolling. Cut off the extra edges using a knife to make a square.
