Cucumber raita it is a simple accompaniment for chapatti or for your favourite parathas.
Method- Drain the excess water from cucumber by squeezing with your palms.
- Combine the cucumber along with all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve chilled.
