Crispy Spinach

This is a different type of spinach recipe. It is rich in calcium and iron. It tastes good with fried rice. It is an accompaniment.
Method- Wash and pat dry the spinach and cut into thin strips or rectangles.
- Take a kadhai and heat sufficient oil and deep fry the spinach leaves until crispy.
- Remove immediately and drain onto an absorbent paper.
- Put into the serving bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds,chilli flakes,salt, pepper powder and cumin seeds powder.
- Serve immediately.
