Creamy Corn Toast recipe - How to make Creamy Corn Toast

Ingredients
6 slices whole wheat bread , toasted
40 gms butter
1 1/2 cups white sauce
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
4 green chillies , finely chopped
2 cups chopped onions
4 tbsp chopped celery
2 cups slices capsicum , green and red
Method
    Method
  1. Apply butter to the toasted bread slices and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, add the green chillies, onions and celery and saute till the onions turn soft.
  3. Add the corn, white sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Cool and spoon the mixture on 2 sides of the toast.
  5. Heat the remaining butter in the pan, add the capsicum pieces and saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the salt and pepper and mix well and saute till slightly soft.
  7. Apply this mixture on each bread slice alternately.
  8. Serve immediately.
