-CURD 400 GMS
-MAYONNAISE 2 TBSP
-FRESH CREAM 2 SPOONS
-GRATED CARROT 1 NO
-GRATED CUCUMBER 1 NO(REMOVE EXCESS WATER)
-PEPPER TO TASTE
-SALT TO TASTE
-SALTED WAFERS 1 PACKET
- -hung the curd,remove excess water
- -add the remaining ingredients ,mix it well to have creamy consistency.
- -refrigrate it
- -serve with wafers .
