Ingredients

1 cup cornflour
3 cups water
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup sugar
cashewnuts (kaju) and raisins (kismis) for garnishing
Method


  1. Mix water and corn flour(be careful not to form lumps).
  2. Heat this mixture by continious stiring so that it does not burn out.
  3. When it becomes like paste add sugar and keep stiring.
  4. After sugar gets dissolved add ghee little by little.
  5. Cook till the paste leaves the sides of the pan.
  6. Remove from the heat and spread on a greased plate.
  7. Garnish with cashew and raisin.
  8. Serve at room temparature.
