Ingredients

24 to 25 bread slices
4 tsp butter
4 tsp plain flour (maida)
2 cups milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/3 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tsp salt
2 big boiled potatoes
1 cup chopped cabbage
2 cheese cubes, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
Method


  1. Heat the butter,switch off the gas add maida and mix it,fry it add milk and switch on the gas cook it on slow flame stir it.
  2. When it become thick like custrad switch off the gas.
  3. Add mash potato,cabbage,white pepper,mustrad powder,salt to taste.
  4. Switch on the gas cook it on slow flame for 1 min add grated cheese mix it and cook it for 2 min.
  5. If it is thick add water(if required)
  6. Cook this mixture add lemon juice switch off the gas.
  7. Take bread slices cut the side of the bread spread the mixture on it.
  8. Cover it and keep it in frirze.
