Ingredients

1 cauliflower
onions 2
beans 1/4cup
(chopped)
carrots1/4cup
peas 1/4cup tomatoes 2
tomato 50ml
sauce
crushed
garlic 1tsp
jeera dhania
powder 1tsp
chilli powder
powder as req
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method


  1. put about 2tbsps oil in a kadai & add chopped onions,beans,carrots,peas & garlic & fry covered till just tender. slightly increase the flame & fry till well browned. add the chopped tomatoes & tomato sauce & cook till tomatoes are cooked.
  2. Meanwhile steam cauliflower florets till just tender. after the tomatoes are cooked, add jeera dhania powder & cook for 1 minute more. then add the salt, chilly powder, mix well & finally add the steamed cauliflower & mix thoroughly.
  3. Serve hot with rice or chapathis.
