Method


  1. Mash brocolli in mixi.
  2. Fry onion & ginger in little oil.
  3. Boil 4 cups milk & add brocoli to it.
  4. Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes till it mixes well.
  5. Add onion & ginger to it.
  6. Serve hot.
