U can use the sides of the bread also
take besan (like we use in pakodas) add the bread slices by crushing them add salt, red chilli pwd ,any masala u want and fry in oil.

Method


  1. Take 2 bread slices and apply green chutney on each of them and make as a sandwich.
  2. Then cut the sides of it.
  3. Place the sandwich in a plate and make aloo masala in which mash or cube the aloo and add chaat masala,salt,red chilli pwd,cummin seeds,green chillies and corrianderand mix together.
  4. Then spread or sprinkle the aloo masala over the sandwich.
  5. Then pour 2-3 tbsp of each,tamarind chutney and green chutney over the alooover the sandwich.
  6. Then pour whole lot of curd on the sandwich and so that it nearly dips the sandwich and, garnish it with sev,chaat masla,little tamarind and green chutneys
