Method


  1. Peel, wash and cut the beerakaya.
  2. Cut the beerakaya, onions and the green chillies.
  3. Heat oil, add the turmeric, mustard seeds and the jeera.
  4. Add the garlic cloves and onion. let this fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. Once the onions are done, add the beerakaya.
  6. Fry this for about 2 mins.
  7. Cover the pan and let the beerakaya boil in it''s own water.
  8. Once all the water has evaporated, add the milk and let it boil till the milk solidifies.
  9. Add salt and remove from heat.
