Baked puris offer a low cal option to the traditional deep fried puri or Uindian puffed bread recipe. The wheat dough is rolled into small circles and then baked till crispy golden. Relish these tasty baked puris as teatime snacks with pickle or chutney of choice.
- Mix well all the ingredients.
- Add water & knead well.
- Make small dough.
- Roll them seperately in thin round shapes.
- Bake them at 300 f for 10 min.
- Cool them.
- Store them in a air tight container.
