Ingredients

Ingredients- 15 Monaco biscuits or any savory biscuits
For the paneer and vegetables layer-2tsp oil,
1/2cup chopped onion,
1tsp minced garlic,
1/2cup chopped capsicum,.
1/2cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes,
1/2cup tomato puree,
1tbsp chilli garlic sauce,
1/2cup paneer cubes,
1cup boiled vegetables of your choice, chopped finely,
1/2tsp oregano,
1/2tsp chilli flakes,
salt to taste
For the salsa-1cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes,
1capsicum,chopped,
1onion,chopped,
1tsp garlic paste,
1tsp red chilli paste,
1tsp oregano,
salt and sugar to taste
For the topping-1cup grated mozzralla, 2tbsp fresh cream
Method


  1. To make the paneer and vegetables layer-heat the oil in a pan .add the onion and sauté for one minute. add the garlic and capsicum and sauté for two minutes. add tomatoes, tomato puree, chilli garlic sauce and cook for another minute. add the paneer cubes and boiled vegetables. mix well. season with the oregano, red chilli flakes and salt to taste
  2. To make salsa-place the ingredients in a pan. cook for three minutes
  3. To assemble for baking-in an ovenproof dish, spread first a layer of salsa and then a layer of monaco biscuits. place a layer of paneer and vegetables filling over this. repeat the layers of salsa, monaco biscuits and paneer-veges filling. top with grated mozzarella and cream. bake in preheated oven at 200degree c for 15-20minutes until the cheese
