A crispy and very yummy cocktail snack made with fried baby corn. Serve for cocktail parties of evening snack.

Ingredients
Method


  1. Mix maida, rice powder, besan, chilly powder and salt together. sprinkle the thil seed and mix well.
  2. Peel skin of baby corn and wash and slice them into 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Now mix the baby corn in the maida mixture. add the sauces and mix well. if requird sprinkle water.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and then deep fry the mixture taking spoonfuls.
