Ideal snack for monsoon made with baby corns
Method- Cut the baby corns horizontally and blanch them in water for 2 minutes. Drain the water and marinate the baby corn with the prepared paste. Keep aside in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- For the batter, combine the corn flour, bengal gram flour, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and soda to get the required thick consistency.
- Heat the oil in a deep-pan. When the oil is hot,dip baby corn in the prepared batter and deep fry till it turns crispy golden brown in colour.
- Serve it with sauce or mint chutney
