Arbi ki kachri recipe - How to make Arbi ki kachri

arbi big 500gm
salt to tasteajwain 2tsp
amchur 2tsp
atta 1\2cup
- 1.boil arbi
- 2.peal arbi
- 3. press pealed arbi
- 4.sprinkle mixed masala both side
- 5.sprinkle atta both side (put atta in plate put pressed arbi with masala cover with atta on both sides)
- 6.put oil on tava ,on low fire put arbi on tava.
- 7.make arbi golden brown crisp on both sides.
- Kachri is ready
