Oil to deep fry
Arbi 500gm
Curd 100gm
Turmeric 1\2tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli 1\2tsp
Pepper 1tsp
Tej patta 1
Ilaychi big 2
Jeera 1tsp
Hing 2pinch
oilto deep fry
- 1. wash boil arbi
- 2.peal and with fork make holes (godlein)
- 3.fry arbi golden brown
- 4.heat oil ,put mustard ,tejpattaand jeera .spliter then putput all masalas ,
- 5. when starts leaving oil add curd churned with water,cook on low fire for 5-7 minutes

- 6.sprinkel big ilaychi powder
