arbi big thick 500gm
wheat flour 250gm
besan gram flour 50gm
jeera 1tsp
saunf 2tsp
ajwain 2tsp
salt
chilli 1\2tsp
hing 2pinch
corriender leaves finely chopped 2tbsp
green chilli 2
oil
- 1.boil arbi,peal ,grate
- 2.mix masalas ,flour ,besan,make dough for puri
- 3.mix oil,
- 4.roll puris ,fry on low fire ,fry crisp
