Ingredients

To Be Mixed and Grounded Into A Smooth Powder
1 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
1 tsp nigella seeds (kalonji)
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)

Other Ingredients
1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
salt to taste
10 green chillies , chopped
4 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cups sliced onions
1 kg baby potatoes , boiled and peeled
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the curds, ginger-garlic paste and salt, mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the onions and saute till light brown.
  3. Add the chillies and the potatoes and cook till the mixture dries up and potatoes are cooked.
  4. Add the prepared masala powder, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Add ½ cup of hot water, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

What abt the curd - ginger garlic paste..when to add.
