I wanted to keep this for 6/7 months or a year what should add into it ...as preservative ...vinegar or sodium benzoate or citric acid

Tarla Dalal    Dates are naturally sweet and will stay for long time when refrigerated. But there are chances that the walnuts may turn rancid. Hence we do not recommend storing it by the addition of preservatives for 1 year.
