it''s compulsory in aluminium container n foil. can we glass box or glass for set
| Hide Replies
Tarla Dalal    We recommend aluminium container as the ice-cream sets well in it. Glass is not recommended as it is not safe to be kept in the freezer compartment. Further, though aluminium foil is best for covering the container, you can replace it with cling wrap if you wish to.

Tarla Dalal    1 cup is the standard cup available in the market which is 200 grams. However depending upon the density of the ingredient, the weight can vary with each ingredient.

WHAT IF CORN FLOUR IS NOT AVAILABLE

Tarla Dalal    Hi, Cornflour is required as it is a thickening agent. If not available then try with arrowroot flour.

Hi mam, I tried the recipe exactly as told, but the icecream has too much of ice in it. Please let me know what went wrong!

Tarla Dalal    Hi, Make sure your freezer temperature is perfect and also it is not over filled, as a over filled freezer at times does get crystals on ice cream....
