Ingredients
Main Ingredients
2 tbsp ragi (nachni / red millet) flour
2 tbsp whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
2 tbsp soy flour
2 tbsp ghee
4 tbsp grated jaggery (gur)
ghee for greasing
For The Garnish
1 tbsp almond (badam) slivers
1 tsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
Method
- Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the flours and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Remove from the flame, add the jaggery and mix very well.
- Pour the mixture in a greased plate (thali) and spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with almonds and poppy seeds and keep aside to cool.
- Cut into equal sized pieces and serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.

The three flour golpapdi is a good alternative to the one made using whole wheat flour.It not only gives it a unique taste but also imparts a great chewy texture.A very good pregnancy recipe.

I had never made golpapdi with other flours like nachni and soya before trying this recipe... But I must say this is a real quickkie and healthy recipe.... Do try it!!
