1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup chopped asparagus
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies

Method
- Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the corn, asparagus and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the green chillies, 2 ½ cups of water, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.

This a great Jain recipe, the combo of sweet corn and asparagus is truly unique.. I made this last week and all enjoyed it piping hot.

Lovely taste of corn in this light and tasty soup. Asparagus adds a nice touch to it.
