Subzi or melon seeds are powerhouse of nutrients, heart friendly oils and minerals and this Subzi drink brings out the goodness of subza in a tasty tangy drink recipe. The sweet and sour drink is complemented with subza and makes for a lovely summer drink.
Method- Soak the subza in water for 5 minutes.
- Push the pineapple and sweet lime segments through a hopper.
- Pour into individual glasses over crushed ice.
- Garnish with the subza seeds.
- Serve immediately.
