Ingredients
Method


  1. Cut the bread slices into 2 pieces each
  2. Fry them in oil till golden brown and crisp
  3. Put the sugar in 3/4 cup of water and boil to prepare sugar syrup
  4. Put each piece of the fried bread in the sugar syrup for 1/2 min and remove
  5. Lay the bread in a plate and spread the malai on each of the piece
  6. Garnish with chopped dry fruits
  7. Serve
