On the other hand, this 3 ingredient vegan date nut balls tops the charts on nutritional aspects. Dates are rich in fibreantioxidants and natural sugar, while also being low in sodium, it can be enjoyed by those with high blood pressure too. 



To make date walnut balls, combine dates, walnuts and elaichi in a deep bowl and mix well till the mixture binds well like a dough. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion into a round ball. Serve immediately or store refrigerated in an air-tight container and serve it within 3 to 4 days.
