A novel combination of pineapple with celery in the pineapple celery juice makes it not only a healthy choice but also a great summer drink.
Method- Combine the pineapple and celery with 2 cups of water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Transfer in serving glasses, add the salt, mix well and serve chilled.
