Ingredients
2 cups boiled mixed vegetables
3 tbsp fresh cream
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

To Be Ground Into A Paste
2 onions
4 green chillies
4 garlic (lehsun) cloves
12 mm (1/2") piece ginger (adrak)
2 cardamoms
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the paste for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetables (french beans, carrots, green peas, potatoes), cream, milk and salt and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Serve hot with parathas.

it is really very quick and easy to make, and above all the taste is amazing...today i made it for my lunch and that it's rocking...i will make it again for my guests...thanks a lot...
