- To make {span class="bold1"}paneer pudina tikki{/span}, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide this mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a 37mm. (1½ “) diameter flat round tikki.
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly using a little oil.
- Place the {span class="bold1"}paneer pudina tikkis{/span} on it and cook using a little oil, till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
