Chenna payesh is a must on the menu if you are having any special guest. Next time, win their compliments by making this orange-flavoured variant.
Method- Combine the milk and the condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring twice in between after every 1 minute.
- Add the paneer, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Cool completely, add the flavoured drink mix and the oranges and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve chilled garnished with paneer.
