Ingredients

30 gms rice (chawal)
20 gms beetroot
20 gms spinach (palak)
5 gms mushrooms (khumbh)
10 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
5 gms peanuts
10 gms curds (dahi)
25 gms apples
5 gms oil
spices as required
Method


  1. Boil the rice
  2. Divide into three parts
  3. Add boiled beetroot to one part
  4. Add spinach to the othrr part
  5. Addcut and shallow fried panner to the part
  6. Add mushrooms onthe top(boiled musrooms where in the stem is cut and filled with apple- curd mix)
  7. Sprinkle roasted ground nuts on the top
